No matter the size of the home you are looking for, our innovative product design team continually adds to our selection of layouts and front elevations to ensure that you will find one to fit your needs. With 15 floorplans to choose from, we are confident you'll find the right home for you!

Arise Homes has established a partnership with Flat Branch Home Loans to save money and ensure world-class service for our homebuyers. Although you are welcome to use your own lender, we do require you to be preapproved by our preferred lender. We are certain that financing your home will be made easy through the efforts of these top-notch representatives.

Once you have toured our communities, picked a floor plan, and been preapproved by our preferred lender, our New Home Specialist will go through your purchase agreement, which includes details about your new home!

During this one-hour meeting, our Experience Specialist, as well as a Builder Team member, will walk you through your home’s frame and explain our state-of-the-art engineered framing system. The frame tour occurs approximately halfway through the construction process.

As your home nears completion, our Experience Specialist will contact you to set a date on which you will close on your brand-new home!

Your new home is near completion, yay! This is a final opportunity to review your home’s features and warranties with our Experience Specialist. The Welcome Home Celebration occurs near closing and is mandatory for all Arise Homes homebuyers. We will also discuss things you should do in order to maintain your new home after you move in.

It's finally time to approve and sign all of the closing documents, legally transferring ownership of the home to your name. Closing on your home will take around one hour. Once complete, you will receive the keys to your new home!

A member of our warranty team will be in contact with you after closing to schedule your 30-Day Homeowner Appointment. Rest assured, you will also have a 12-Month Homeowner Appointment once you have been in the home for one year. For any questions regarding our Warranty, please click below.
