We take the stress out of buying a new home
We offer a unique home buying process aimed at minimizing stress and maximizing excitement, from your first tour to move-in and beyond.
The time it takes to move through this process varies depending upon what stage of home you buy - move in ready homes can close in a matter of weeks, while homes built from the ground up take around 8 months. We aim to have options available to suit any move-in timeline.
Introduce yourself!
Don't be shy - the first step to your new home is to get in contact with our team. We're ready to answer your questions and help you find the perfect home. There are a few ways to get started:
- Book an intro call to meet with us virtually at your convenience
- Schedule a tour - we'll use your preferences to build a personalized agenda for your visit
- Stop by our model home - if spontaneous is more your style, that's great - we'll be waiting for you!

Decide on your floor plan and personalization options
Once you've had a chance to see everything Arise has to offer in person, it's time to hone in on your favorite floor plans and make the selections that will make it your own.
We'll walk you through every option and show you examples so you can be confident you'll arrive at a striking look that fits your style.
Get pre-approved
We require that all prospective buyers be pre-approved through our preferred lender, Flat Branch Home Loans. This gives you the opportunity to speak with a loan officer who is familiar with Arise and can help you structure your purchase in an optimal way.
Don't worry - if you've already begun the loan application process elsewhere, this process won't impact your credit score, and you're under no obligation to use our preferred lender.
Reserve your new home!
Once you've made all your selections and spoken with our preferred lenders, it's time to lock in your agreement. We'll collect a non-refundable deposit at this point in order to reserve the home and selections you chose.
Take a frame tour
As soon as the framing of your new home is complete, we'll arrange a time with you to come walk through with us and see it for yourself. This exciting stage allows you to see "the bones" of your new home. It also means construction is moving along and your closing date is around the corner!
Close on your new home
As the construction process approaches the finish line, it's time to formalize our agreement. This is where your arise home officially becomes your own. We'll contact you to schedule a closing date based on your construction timeline, and will conduct a final walkthrough with you before signing paperwork.
Get the movers ready!
Once all the paper work is completed, we'll turn over the keys to your new home. Now, the real fun begins!
Warranty checkpoints
After you've moved into your new home, our warranty team will arrange a time with you to walk through your home, discuss a few key maintenance topics, and ensure everything is to your satisfaction. We'll check in again after 30 days and after a year, and if anything comes up in the meantime, you can always submit a warranty claim here.
